What is the standard production lead time for custom crystal trophies or souvenirs at Teammate HK?

The standard production time is typically 14 to 21 working days after artwork confirmation. This covers production, and quality inspection. If you have an urgent event or award ceremony, we also offer rush order services. Please inform us of your deadline before placing the order, and we will do our best to arrange expedited delivery.

We offer delivery services across Hong Kong (including commercial districts and event venues). For packaging, we use specialized shock-proof gift boxes and bubble wrap to minimize the risk of breakage. In the rare event of damage during transit, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will arrange a replacement.
