一般訂單約 7–14 個工作天完成，視乎產品種類及印刷工藝。急單可最快 3–5 天快速交貨（需視乎庫存情況加收急單費用）。建議提早 2–3 星期預留時間，確保準時交貨。歡迎提供打樣需求，我們可先安排樣辦確認。

Standard orders take 7–14 working days depending on product type and printing method. Rush orders can be completed in 3–5 days for fast delivery (subject to stock and surcharge). We recommend ordering 2–3 weeks in advance. Samples and proofs can be arranged upon request.

We recommend vector files in AI, PDF, or high-resolution PNG format. If you don't have artwork, we offer free typesetting and basic design services, including name engraving layout assistance for souvenir customisation.

印刷顏色能否跟足 CMYK / Pantone 色號？ Can you match CMYK or Pantone colours accurately?

我們盡量跟足客戶指定的 CMYK / Pantone 色號，但因應不同物料表面（如金屬、布料、塑膠），印刷顏色或會有輕微色差，屬行業正常情況。如對顏色要求極高，建議先確認打樣。

We match CMYK / Pantone references as closely as possible, but slight variations may occur across materials. For colour-critical projects, we recommend confirming with a proof sample first.
