我們提供全港送貨服務（包括商業區及活動場地）。包裝方面，我們會使用專用的防震禮盒及氣泡紙加固，將破損風險降至最低。萬一在運送途中不幸損壞，請即時拍照聯絡我們，我們會安排更換。

Do you offer delivery services? Will the crystal break easily during transit?

We offer delivery services across Hong Kong (including commercial districts and event venues). For packaging, we use specialized shock-proof gift boxes and bubble wrap to minimize the risk of breakage. In the rare event of damage during transit, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will arrange a replacement.

What is the difference between black & white logos and colored logos on crystal?

Black and white logos are usually done with sandblasting, creating a frosted white look that is understated and classic. Colored logos must be done with UV film printing to reproduce brand Pantone colors. If your VI system strictly requires color accuracy, UV printing is the best solution.
